Our story
Fettle is the sister company of SH:24. SH:24 is a fully integrated digital sexual and reproductive health service, delivered in partnership with the NHS, that makes it easier for people to access STI testing, treatment, contraception and clinical support - 24 hours a day.
Born in 2014, SH:24 has been extremely successful. But we found that it wasn’t enough.
10,000 people every month tried to access the SH:24 service in areas where we weren’t able to operate. We also knew that many people want to access the service without having to wait for an NHS appointment, but with the same assurances of clinical quality.
So in 2017, we created Fettle.
Fettle is an online health service that draws on SH:24’s experience and is able to provide affordable, trusted services to people who can choose not to use the NHS.
