How can we help?

Where is my prescription going?

Once one of our clinicians prescribes you medication, this prescription will be sent electronically to our central pharmacy who will then dispatch your medication to you via Royal Mail.

A record of your prescription will be kept on your file, which is held on an encrypted, password protected database. Your prescription will not be sent to your GP or local pharmacy.
