Is the test anonymous?

The test is not anonymous, as we will need details of the person ordering and taking the test in order to send the test to the right person, and then give them accurate information about their results once they return their test to us. Their lab results and any correspondence with them then becomes a medical record.

Tests will arrive in plain, discreet packaging, addressed to the person who ordered the test, and it will not say what is inside.
