How does oestrogen hormone therapy affect ejaculation and ability to have an erection?

The effects of oestrogen hormone therapy in trans women and non-binary people include physical changes to the body, as well as emotional changes. Oestrogen hormone therapy can result in changes to, or reduced libido, reduced erectile function (the ability to have an erection), reduced sperm count and ejaculation, and reduced testicular size.
